Don't say this often, but I was very pleased with my service today. Had to bring my bike in for a recall and it was originally scheduled for 1230. Brought it in 45 min early due to the weather forecast and it was estimated to be completed by 1500 due to other bikes being there first. To my surprise, after about 90 min, i was riding home. While the bike in front me got pushed back, it was for a bike not being picked up same day and mine was a safety issue. they used common sense & logic and provided good customer service where everyone is happy and gets what they need/want. Kind of disappointed I can only give 5 stars.

Robert was great very attentive and followed up even sent me pictures of the motorcycle I was considering. I had inquired about some bikes at other dealerships and got absolutely no response. I myself am in sales and cannot believe the no follow up by some salespeople. My co worker ended up buying a bike from Robert as he was the only one who called him back as well. Dawn the finance Manager was very professional and had all the paperwork completed in a few minutes. I even purchased the road hazard to help her out. Great work.
